    "I had a Baxi 830 central heating boiler fitted yesterday. The job had been arranged for the previous day but the boiler had not been delivered to them due to the bank holiday. They rang me at 8.00am to let me know that there would be a delay of one day. They arrived at 7.30am and the work was completed in very good time and overall an excellent job. The fitters were very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, tidy and helpful. I was given good advice and have already asked them to quote for updating my bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

    "I have a A4 list of combi boiler/ gas engineers who over a short period of time either failed to turn up, or who never sent me a quote despite coming round and promising 'don't worry love , send you a quote tonight'. Leaving me with a very dodgy boiler that I refused to turn on, despite it being extremely cold. Then in walked Bethell & Shepherd. who weren't put off by the fact it was a difficult installation. The boiler was in the loft and the flue went up through the roof. Excellent price. The day of the installation everyone I spoke to was friendly, but polite. All covid protocols and guidelines were in place and adhered to. They tidied up afterwards and the place was really clean. will definitely use them again for any plumbing work. highly recommend"

    "Didn't know what to expect and had researched the market extensively. Curtis did an absolute stellar job, executing the boiler replacement in a highly professional and efficient manner. Communication was brilliant throughout. Any bumps or amendments on the way were communicated clearly and solutions were provided straight away. I am confident that the boiler installation is a lot better and compliant than it was previously. I also got a last minute smart thermostat installed without any additional cost. I would definitely recommend!"
