Emma Rowlands - Image 1 "We requested a cleaner for Thursday and a cleaner didn't arrive until Thursday night to pick up the keys. We had booked an "End of Tenancy" clean. The cleaner then returned at 2am on Friday to start the job. We informed her that the carpet cleaners would be arriving Friday at 9am and she would need to be finished by then and she assured us that she would. We transferred the funds and the cleaner assured us that she had done a good job. When the Checkout happened on Saturday they noticed many obvious things that hadn't been cleaned or touched - like light switches, sinks or the toilets within the house. We contacted the trader expecting that she would be horrified that such things would be missed but she told us to book more hours of cleaning if that's what we wished. No apology. No empathy. No nothing. We do not recommend this company and hired another cleaning company to come in to do the job properly so we can at least get our deposit back."

"This clean was arranged very quickly and Christine was most helpful. Innocent who cleaned was excellent we were very impressed with the standard of cleaning"

"Innocent did a fabulous job on our let property, she's a very nice lady, very professional and she has done a great job. The house is beautifully clean and the windows are sparkling. A very thorough job done by a professional at an incredibly competitive price. Will definitely use their services again. Thanks Christine and Innocent."
