    "It was 9pm on a Sunday night I phoned Bedford boilers and explained I had no hot water within and hour Douglas was out and diagnosed the problem unfortunately he didn’t have the part but my mid day the next day he had me with hot water again. Amazing customer service and won’t be using anyone else going forward! Highly recommend"
