"We found Barry on trustatrader after some ‘shoddy’ building working by Countryside caused our integrated fridge freezer to collapse on a shelf. We didn’t know where to start with the mess caused by it breaking and appeared quite overwhelming to us as to how we would fix it. We found Barry on Trustatrader and he was just brilliant. We initially called him unknowingly whilst he was abroad on holiday and he talked us through, on the phone how to secure the fridge/freezer so it did not cause any further damage. When he was back he contacted us and arranged to view the damage. He was in our house a matter of minutes and gave the impression that the carnage in front of him was a minor problem. He went away and collected materials and a few days later he came back to fix it. An hour and a half later our collapsed fridge freezer was fixed, and made more secure than before. The price to repair was cheap, his work tidy and as trader’s go, the best experience we have had. Thanks again."- Initial impression Initial impression: 5 out of 5.0
