"I was having problems locking and unlocking my front door. Occasionally, my front door would jam and it would take me ages to get it open. I therefore contacted Mark to have a look at the door lock and he informed me that a new part was required. Although it was a unique part, Mark found a supplier who stocked it. Once Mark received the part from the supplier, he returned promptly to fix the lock and repaired it in no time. The cost was the same as quoted. Mark was professional, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends."

"Our front door lock was broken so we called him on 26th which was Mother's Day. Mark came from another job as soon as he could and fixed our lock straight away. Quick, efficient and helpful. We would use him again. He also charged us his standard rate as our particular job was a quick one for him and we provided the hardware. He will be staying in my contacts."

"Mark came within 10 min of appointment, quickly found the fault on my front door, showing me the broken component. He searched for a new one, finding it 25 miles away and keeping me informed of his progress. On his return my door was fixed, and he adjusted my patio door hinges for free as well."
