We pride ourselves on our efficient, speedy, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their issues and concerns. In the case of structural intervention, we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having any treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.
The surveys we conduct include a comprehensive report which will include findings, the root cause, recommendations and a treatment plan.
A lot of companies will NOT look for the root cause and try and add costs after the work has started. By identifying the root cause of the problem, Advanced Damp Limited can work with the customers budget and there are no surprises.
Advanced Damp Limited has its very own team of Surveyors and Property Preservation Technicians.
Our surveyors will act as the customers main point of contact and project manage the job from start to finish and support the customer through the whole of the process. No middle person, no call centres.

Tamsin - Image 1 "Had a thorough damp survey done by Lionel, and was able to work with him to make sure the scope of work suited my budget. The team took my walls back to brick, and treated for rising damp in one area and penetrating damp in another. The work was efficient and clean, and Lionel kept me up-to-date at every stage with messages and photos."

"Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and offered sound advice on our damp/condensation problem. The survey was free and Matt was with us for about an hour, diagnosing our problem and outlining solutions. At no point were we put under any pressure to buy- it was a genuine tradesman wanting to help. He also discounted the incorrect feedback that a previous trade has said would fix the problem (which it wouldn’t have done as Matt showed us why this other tradesman was incorrect). The follow up report (also free) was thorough and Matt recommended a drains’ surveyor. As a result of this excellent service, we will be using them to address our condensation problems. Highly recommended!"
