"We cannot praise Ace Property Restoration Limited highly enough. The company completed substantial renovations to our chalet bungalow including a new kitchen/dining extension in 2024. Mark Paynter and his team were professional, polite and caring ensuring that we were able to function around them and remain living in the bungalow for the great majority of time that the building work was being carried out. Their standard of work was exemplary. They returned a month ago to carry out work to our front garden, building a new front wall, side path and carrying out remedial work to the driveway. It was good to see familiar faces back and, again, the work was of a very high standard. Their pricing is competitive and fair. We would definitely recommend Ace Property Restoration for your building work."

Chris - Image 1 "We recently had a dormer loft conversion completed, along with some downstairs alterations, and we couldn’t be happier with the work. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. They arrived every day, always on time, and worked incredibly hard throughout the project. My wife works from home, and ACE were always considerate of this. They made sure any disruption was kept to a minimum. Their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail was everything we hoped. The finished result is to a very high standard. We would be happy to work with them on future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

"We were already impressed with Ace when they carried out an exceptionally large building project on a house locally, the workmanship was quite impressive So Since then, with recommendation we have used them for two smaller projects on our property. Same courteous approach, tidy, clean. The workmanship cannot be faulted. Safety and respect to our property was evident. At last a company to trust."

IAN & KIM - Image 1 "Very happy with the work we had done. We had several things being done at the same time while we still lived in our home (kitchen extension & new kitchen, refurbished dormer bedroom, landscaped rear garden & new patios, new French doors in garage and new electrics & consumer unit). Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and his team. Everything was clearly explained and we also took on board any suggestions they made about the the proposed works. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, good at their trades and tidied up at the end of each day. They all had a good laugh with each other and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work."
