Consumer feedback

Generated from the text of this trader's consumer reviews

AC Damp Proofing & Building Services comes highly recommended for turning damp, cold spaces into usable rooms—customers describe basements and cellars being tanked and damp-proofed, then finished sympathetically with plastering, moisture-resistant floors and even spotlights. Many praised Matt’s fast, confident diagnoses (including same-day help after heavy rain) and his thorough approach to planning and communication, with one customer saying the service was “professional throughout” from “initial visit through to completion.”

What Customers Say

Damp-proofing that lasts: Work like tanking and converting basements has stayed strong years later, with one review noting it is “still going strong” five years after a 2020 basement tanking and conversion.
Professional, coordinated building teams: Reviews repeatedly highlight how Matt and the team coordinate trades for full refits—roofers, design services and more—so “the process could not have been smoother.”
Fast response, clear advice and tidiness: Customers mention prompt appointments, helpful explanations and keeping properties clean—“measured the wall temp” on the same day—and at times even being “didn’t charge me for the service.”
Reliable results and high standards: From Victorian lounge damp proofing with new moisture resistant floors to utility room refits, clients consistently report excellent finishes “completed on time and to the agreed price.”
