"We recently had a partial bathroom refurbishment carried out to refresh our existing bathroom and resolve a number of issues left from previous work. From the outset, the team worked with us to find practical solutions that met our needs, rather than simply pushing the easiest option. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept up to date each day with what work was being carried out, and the whole team was professional, courteous and clearly took pride in their work. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result. Everything looks fantastic, and the outcome genuinely exceeded our expectations, especially considering it was only a partial refurbishment rather than a complete new bathroom. A special mention to Pauline, who was brilliant throughout. She was approachable, understanding and kept the whole project organised and running smoothly from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would use them again for our next bathroom."

"Fantastic job. You identified the leak quickly, sorted it out, and handled every part of the repair with real skill. You removed the damaged bathroom tiles, replaced the flooring and panels, and even unsealed and refitted the new toilet, sink, and shower panels — all completed in record time.The workmanship is tidy, efficient, and shows real attention to detail. Thank you for delivering such a smooth, stress‑free fix."
