We are a groundwork, building and property preservation company. We provide

We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.

Damp proofing isn’t always straight forward. Our team of experts will diagnose the source of the damp and provide you with a report on recommended measures to treat it.

Pat - Image 1 "Andy is devoted to his profession and that is very obvious! From the first time we spoke I had complete faith in him. He kept me informed at every stage of the work with photos as I had to rely on neighbours as I live elsewhere. Inevitably problems occurred as it is a very old cottage so Andy discussed them, sent detailed photos, quoted for the work and asked if I wanted him to carry out the extra work. I trust him implicitly and was so glad I had found the right man for the job. I would recommend him without hesitation. He and co workers left the rooms in which they had worked clean and tidy."
