"I had a leak from an old lead pipe in my kitchen, which caused damage to my flooring. Tom the plumber attended in the afternoon after working on another job all morning. He spent a long time getting to the source of the leak. He didn't finish until nearly 7pm. A few days later Sam came to take up the damaged flooring so the floorboards could dry out. They both turned up at the time stated. Were very polite and just got on with the job in hand. Also, I was in contact with Tammy from the office. Who coordinated the work and billing etc and kept me updated every step. Would definitely recommend 1st Plumbers Ltd."

Arrived on time, worked neatly, and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend 1st Plumbers and will use them again if needed."

marc - Image 1 "i cannot stress highly enough the uncomplicated process from enquiry to completion. With plumbing jobs, this is exactly what a customer needs. A quotation based on requirements and a couple of photos uploaded. They turned up in time and went about the work in a friendly and professional way. Ralf and his apprentice did a fantastic job and were courteous all the way through. They reassured that workmanship was covered for 12 months and tested everything on completion. They required a deposit of 20% once the quote was accepted which was a simple bank transfer via an app called Payme, done via a link, and then for the rest on completion via the same method. so all in all i am i very pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them again if needed ."
