    "Spindle mechanism failed and caused the latch on the bedroom door to become trapped, jamming the door shut. Was outside of normal working hours but Peter answered promptly and was able to attend that evening. Prompt arrival and resolved the issue with the minimum of fuss, enabling the door to be reopened with no damage caused and just a replacement latch required. Fair price charged also, especially taking account of the time of day."

    "My lock was compromised due to a theft , with really bad timing as I was due to go away for a few days. Peter answered straight away on a Sunday , and quickly provided a quote. I had questions about the lock types which he kindly explained to me. He left for mine right away and when he arrived the job was quickly done. He explained the differences between locks and why the one he installed was more secure and showed me on the mechanisms . He also oiled the levers etc which I thought was a nice extra touch."

    "A complete professional. We have retained Peter's services on more than one occasion and are happy to recommend him. Peter left the work area clean and tidy as was the case on every occasion, also. A friendly service from someone who is knowledgeable and offered us excellent advice at a competitive cost.
