Painting

We have over 15 years’ experience, we are dedicated to providing a professional service and pride ourselves in our reliability and attention to detail. We specialise in end of lease whole house fresh ups, paint to sell as well as new builds, extensions and commercial properties. We recently painted a new Nepalese and Indian restaurant in Winchester and also have experience of painting and plastering retail premises.

Damp Proof Work including installing liquid damp proof course and barrier damp work.

Property Maintenance for Landlords

We provide a repair service for landlords with HMO’s, we carry out scheduled repairs, end of lease “freshen up” painting of both communal areas and bedrooms, lay Laminate flooring as well as mend beds, and much more.

We are looking for landlords in Southampton with multiple properties as we already have an established relationship with several in Portsmouth and have been working with them for over a decade.

Plastering

Our expert plastering duo will make sure you receive a friendly, reliable, good quality plastering service at a competitive low cost.

Our Services Include:

Skimming - this is when two coats of plaster are spread smoothly across your wall or ceiling to finish it ready for painting or tiling. Walls that need reskimming to fix crack repairs or in a new-build, extension, property refurbishment, barn conversion and Garden Room.

Dry Lining - stud walls or particularly rough walls where the render has been lost are boarded with plasterboard and scrim tape. This is carried out prior to plastering.

Plaster over Artex - Artex was very popular in the 1970’s for textured ceilings as it could cover a multitude of cracks and other ceiling problems in older properties but has since gone out of fashion. To obtain a smooth ceiling we are able to plaster over Artex but this is a specialist job and you need to be aware of the risk of asbestos in some Artex ceilings.

Patch repairs may be considered if we can fit the job into our schedules.
