With over 11 years’ experience in the trade Garland Landscaping & Fencing provide outstanding landscaping services to commercial and domestic customers throughout the Brighton and Hove and surrounding East and West Sussex areas.
From fencing, patios and planters to decking and pagodas, I provide high-quality craftsmanship and bespoke solutions. I take pride in transforming outdoor areas to suit each client’s needs, ensuring both functionality and style. Every project, whether this is a large transformation or small repair work, is approached with care and precision to ensure delivery of the highest standard service.
I take the time to get to know my customers so they can establish their needs and wants. I will apply my broad range of skills and knowledge to find the best materials, flora, and techniques to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied. No job is too big or too small –I apply the same high standards to commercial and domestic jobs of all sizes.

Tony Edgar - Image 1 "Very happy with the new decking, replacement sleepers and replacement store door Dan installed for us last week. Dan is a very nice guy and it has been a consistently positive experience from our first meeting. He listened to our requirements and got it spot on in terms of the finished job, all for a very fair price. He and his team were punctual, tidy, polite and worked their socks off in intense heat all week to ensure it was finished on schedule. Highly recommended and will happily use again should the opportunity arise!"

"Second time we’ve had Garland carry out landscaping work and we have been so delighted both times. Dan does a fantastic job, prices things incredibly fairly and honestly, has buckets of common sense and good ideas and importantly is a delight to have around. "Dan has just transformed our garden, retiling our patio and installing new cedar fencing. We can’t speak highly enough of Dan, and we’d have him back in a heartbeat. He really listened to what we wanted and found a way of delivering it. He has a very ‘can-do’ approach and a genius for finding solutions to tricky challenges. His work is of a very high standard, and he has a real eye for detail. We never had to point out any tiny glitches because he’d noticed them first. Finally, he’s also a lovely man who we were very happy to have in our space. Thanks Dan!"

Duncan - Image 1 "Dan is a very conscientious worker and meticulous at getting the finish perfect. My patio has lots of different levels which made it a complex challenge but Dan made a fantastic job to ensure there is a good water run of at every change of angle. A tidy worker, cleaned up at the end of every day. I would have no hesitation in recommending his work. Excellent job. Thanks Dan Garland."
