"Without doubt, I would recommend Courtenay Tarr after he decorated the front of my house. There is no plastic on the outside of my house so I needed an old school decorator to deal with all the woodwork and the cast iron that was in need of attention. This is in addition to the rendered walls. Finding someone after my last decorator became unavailable was not easy. Some I contacted did not arrive while others didn't even bother to provide a quote. Courtenay was very different. He arrived on time, advised me what he would do, advice which I took, and he provided a quote. When he started, he worked methodically and thoroughly to prepare the frontage for painting and wood staining. He was very tidy in his work, sweeping up every day. He also uses earphones so I and my neighbours didn't have to listen to music blaring all day. A very considerate act in my view. Now that he has finished the front, I have asked for further quotes. That says it all about Courtenay's work. He deserved all the tea and biscuits."
