We always answer the phone and turn up on time!
We aim to provide a reliable and efficient service to the Basingstoke, Andover and Fleet area.
Calls are answered by Chris and Chloe in the office, providing full-time support to customers and engineers. We maintain excellent communications and provide detailed estimates and invoices. Our prices are clear and we charge by the half-hour.
We're Gas Safe registered, covering: annual boiler services, diagnostics and repairs; new boilers including Vaillant and Viessmann; unvented cylinder services; gas fires and other gas appliances; home owner and landlord gas safety checks.
Our general plumbing services include bathrooms, ensuites, central heating power flushing (cleaning), leak detection, plumbing repairs, taps and showers.
We provide and install new gas boilers, electric boilers, central heating systems, hot water cylinders and water softeners.

Ben messaged/called to say prior job completed early so could arrive to meet within 15 minutes rather than waiting for time slot given. Had to leave to purchase inhibitor for radiators but job completed in good time."

They are very local to us and we like using local trades within our community. They always go above and beyond re. their customer service. No AI bot taking your call. You actually speak to someone who is qualified and knowledgeable about plumbing issues. Even the Engineer apologised for being early for his appointment! Would have no hesitation in recommending them to work colleagues, friends and family."
