LR Property Solutions is a small, friendly business of painters and decorators based in Haringay. As such we offer a personal service to all our customers. For which we have been providing a high-quality finish for many years to domestic, commercial, landlords and insurance customers throughout London.
We know that in these busy times people often struggle to find the time to decorate their homes. Our friendly, experienced painters and decorators help to breathe a new lease of life into homes and offices so that our customers can once again enjoy the space in which they live.
With our many years’ experience, we know which products and techniques will provide the best finish that will last. We offer all internal and external painting and decorating services and take the time to understand everyone’s requirements so that we can complete the work to the highest possible specifications.

"Just moved into a flat in N6 and asked LR Property Solutions to decorate the whole place: walls, ceilings, wood trim, and doors. They also did wallpaper on one feature wall in the lounge. The team was respectful of my new flooring, very organised, showed up on time, and kept disruption to a minimum. The result looks professional, the finishes are crisp, and it’s everything I’d hoped for helping to make the flat feel like home."

"After years of wear, I got LR Property Solutions in to repaint the bathroom ceiling, touch up some grout, and oil-based repairs around moisture-prone areas. They also replaced a section of tiling and sealed everything neatly. The room smells fresher, the moisture lines are gone, and everything feels more durable. Very pleased with how cleanly they worked and how well the finish came out in such a damp environment."

"LR Property Solutions repaired some damaged brickwork and then painted the exterior of my house (front façade, windows, and door frames). They did a great job planning the scaffolding access, ensuring everything was weatherproof, and matching the original architectural details. The difference is dramatic — the house now looks fresh and well-maintained. The quality of the paintwork, especially around tricky trims, shows real care."

"I hired LR Property Solutions to repaint my living room and add some decorative features (panel mouldings and coving). From the moment they arrived, the team was punctual, respectful, and extremely tidy. The paintwork is beautifully smooth, the colours are exactly what I wanted, and the decorative mouldings look perfect. They also helped me pick complementary shades when I was undecided. Really pleased with the result — feels like a completely new space!"
