"Several neighbours had work done in our road by Ben and his team.Nothing says a good standard more than recommendations, I was very pleased with the work .they did for me,Money well spent. and I would recommend them to my friends and family."

"The team were really helpful through the whole process and accomodated addtional work that i requested as they progressed. I wasnt sure about the edging stones recommended but I neednt have worried - they look absolutely brilliant. I am so pleased with my new patio - its surpassed my expectation and will be using BF Landscaping to complete the rest of my garden landscaping."

"Very disappointed with BF Landscapes Ltd. I hired the company to install composite decking. During the project, I became concerned that the ground had not been excavated and levelled to the agreed specification, and that the membrane and gravel base included in the quotation were not being installed as agreed. I raised these concerns and requested clarification. I was asked to make a payment of £2,800 for materials, which due to my concerns I declined, they then walked away from the job leaving me in a mess. BF Landscapes Ltd later returned and deposited 2 tons of soil back on my driveway, restricting parking and creating additional mess, cost and inconvenience. I was left with an unfinished project and the need to find another contractor."

Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry the project did not reach a satisfactory conclusion. From the first day on site, there were ongoing concerns regarding how the work was being managed, including frequent interruptions and requests to change the agreed scope and method of work. Neighbours were invited to inspect and comment on the project, this made progress difficult. When I requested payment for materials already purchased and used, I was informed that no payment would be made. In light of this, I decided to stop work and remove my tools and equipment from the site. Approx 7 tonnes of excavated soil had already been removed and disposed of. Another 2 tonnes had been loaded for removal but, following termination of the project and refusal of payment, it was returned to the property and placed safely away from access areas. Installed materials were also removed. My intention was always to complete the work professionally, but the breakdown in communication and refusal of payment meant the project could not continue. I wish you all the best with the completion of the project."

David - Image 1 "Ben and his team were very professional from start to finish. The work on the Patio, grass and trees were done to a very high standard. We especially appreciated Ben keeping to his word and returning to seal the patio slabs for free. We would highly recommend his services."
