"We instructed CL Builders Bolton Ltd as we had issues with efflorescence on an exterior wall of our property. Carl was a pleasure to deal with from the start and provided excellent communication throughout the works. He identified the source of the problem on our roof and swiftly got to work on fixing the issue. Roof work, guttering all replaced and corrected. The walls were repointed and cleaned. I am very satisfied with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Carl to others. Can be difficult to find a good local builder these days and we were very happy."

"Carl and Jack did a fantastic job taking down an old coal shed at the back of our property. Carl was lovely to work with and very communicative over messages and in person. He always turned up on agreed dates at or before the agreed time, so we were never left waiting for him. When work commenced, he and Jack were very efficient, getting the whole job done in half a day. The cherry on top was how kind and respectful Carl was to our two cats! All in all, I couldn’t recommend Carl more strongly if you want a simple, easy and stress free experience."
