How did you first get into your trade?
We wanted to create a business within the trade that could be trusted, as it is often not the case in our industry. We pride ourselves on the feedback we get and always want the customer to feel happy with their experience with Just Services Group and in turn, tell others about us.
Can you tell us about a job you’re especially proud of?
We try to make sure we are proud of all our jobs, but we are most proud of boiler installs that we can turn around within 24 hours, often helping a customer who has no heating or hot water, especially during the winter months. We have a number of elderly customers where we understand how important it is to have a working boiler, and when we are able to sort a new boiler installation in a quick period in the cases where a repair will not work, we are especially proud.
How has being on TrustATrader helped your business grow?
We have been a member of TrustATrader for 9 years now and knowing that a customer can look up our previous work and customers’ experience makes the interaction for new customers a quicker and smoother process, and so ultimately getting a fix for them faster.
