"Our Grohe digital shower needed replacing. After a site visit from Waterworx they suggested the Mira Platinum which was a pleasant surprise as they quoted a slightly cheaper price for the unit than what I could find online. When the parts arrived they immediately contacted me and arranged a date for the work to be carried out, which was just 2 days later. The engineer was polite and the job was completed quickly. However, there was an issue with the controller loosing signal. A 2nd engineer visited the next day, who confirmed it was the Mira unit itself. The shower was working, just had to turn it on/off from outside the bathroom, which was fine. They promptly contacted Mira who arranged for one of their engineers to visit the following week. They turned up at the agreed time and within 1 hour they had fitted a free signal booster in the loft and everything works perfectly. 10/10 for Waterworx support."

"Stephen Lee from Waterworx Plumbing and Heating serviced my oil-fired domestic heating boiler and did an excellent job. He was on time and kept me informed on when he would arrive. He was polite and did an excellent job. The company are friendly and efficient to deal with - would recommend."
