"I was impressed when I saw the heat pump installation at my friend's place down the road. After she had it all done by TLC Home Group in Colchester, she called me to take a look. The work was completed impeccably, and I was amazed at how quiet and efficient such a big machine could be. Intrigued by the quality of the work, I decided to contact TLC Home Group. I reached out to them, and within just three weeks, I had a quote and a scheduled installation date. Today, my heat pump is up and running smoothly, thanks to Levi and his team at TLC Home Group. "Levi and his team have been professional and efficient from day 1. We commissioned what I perceived to be an extensive and challenging project and were very pleased at what light work of it they seamed to make of it. Despite very challenging economic and labour market challenges which must have increased the price of goods, Levi fulfilled the contract at the price agreed with a finish that we are ecstatic with. With any project of this nature there are always little issues along the way which were all dealt with quickly and effectively. His staff on site were always respectful, tidy and polite. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Levi and his team to anyone looking to use him and are happy for him to use the photos of the project to showcase just what he and his team can do"

"TLC have not long completed our new garage conversion, it could not have run any smoother. the works completed where to a brillant standard, any issues that arose that myself or husband had was never to much to resolve. Excellent service from start to finish. I will be recommending and using Levi and his team again for future works."
