    "Gary responded to my query via TrustATrader same day (Sat) with labour cost and availability. Answered further queries in a timely manner. Came to do the work on the day agreed and gave 30 mins notice of arrival time on the day as well. Arrived with the relevant part and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Checked the appliance after the repair was made to make sure it was working and 'heard' a small issue which he also dealt with. Gary was professional and friendly throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others."
