Len Roberts - Image 1 "Tom had carried out some work for me previously and I had no hesitation in calling him when a bathroom tap sheared off. Tom’s work is exemplary. He is punctual, tidy and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is working properly. In addition to replacing the taps, he cleared an air lock in the system and checked the ballcocks in the water tanks in the loft. Highly recommended"

"TD Heating came to service my 15 year old boiler through a contract with another organisation, but had to shut it down due to an issue with the seal to the flue, which made it unsafe. They did not pressure me when I asked if I should have a new boiler, a repair could have been done but would have taken a few days. I opted for a new boiler that they were able to fit the next day. When they dismantled the old flue I was shown the pipe, which had cracked most of the way up so clearly it was becoming dangerous. All the work was done promptly and efficiently, and they even did another couple of minor repairs to other plumbing equipment that needed attention free of charge. Though it was an expensive outlay, I have a 10 year warranty on labour and parts that's saved me the insurance premium I had in force, and this practically cancels out the cost of the new installation. I am very happy with the advice given and the speedy service from Tom at TD"

"Tom is now my go-to guy for all gas plumbing needs. He replaced a boiler for me the week before Christmas. Several other problems appeared (old house, old pipes, previous dodgy DIYers) and he went out of his way to get everything sorted before the Christmas break. His pricing is reasonable and he explains everything so you know what is happening at every stage of the work. Clean and friendly and always happy to help. Can’t recommend highly enough!"
