"I contacted Nyle to see if he could replace my Sisters bath with a walk in shower. From the first contact i was very impressed with Nyle. He went to look at the project within a couple of days and came back to me by the weekend with a price for the work required. He started on the day he said he would, my sister has a learning disability but he kept her updated with what he was doing so she did not get worried. The finished shower and cubicle look fantastic and my sister can now shower safely. I would recommend Nyle for his expertise and his reliability."

"I knew Nyle from a radiator job he completed for me in 2022, so when I had a plumbing problem last week - a shower fitting by another supplier gone wrong - Nyle was the first person I thought of. He responded quickly out of business hours, and was able to view the issue the next day. Because it was a leak into a wall cavity, I was worried, but Nyle put my mind at ease, and was able to come back quickly at a convenient time. He identified what had gone wrong, how to put it right, and refitted the new shower with some very good tiling and grouting work. Nyle is a skilled young tradesman who I would definitely recommend to anyone in the local area."

"After first visit, clog reappeared in less than 24hours. Visitors a second time for over an hour and seemed to clear the clog, but it reappeared after 5 days. The trader gave me a discounted price for the 2 visits which I appreciated. I had a to buy a snake, take apart the pipes myself to break the clog (probably a bit farther into the pipes than what the trader had cleared previously)."
Trader reply: "Hi Florian, I’m sorry that you were not satisfied with my service, as customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I have cleared many blockages and have never had an issue with one reoccurring like this. I ran a test once I was done, to ensure that the blockage was clear by running your washing machine, which previously would not drain properly, due to the blockage. I also filled both your sink and bathtub and let them drain. Everything was draining perfectly when I left. There was not much more that I could have done because once everything is draining smoothly, this usually indicates the blockage is clear. Once again I am sorry that you were not happy and I wish that you had contacted to let me know because I would have come back and we could have come to an agreement. I hope it doesn’t but you may find that blockage reappears which will indicate there may be a bigger underlined issue. Kind regards, Taylored Plumbing."
