    "North London - called to check the washing machine which has been having draining and smelling issues for a few weeks. Next day appointment, early morning the engineer (Erjon) shows up on time, was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, put the machine back in working order and provide options to solve the issue definitively, no BS."

    "Needed an engineer for my washing machine which decided to pack up on Saturday. Called on Monday & was booked in for an appointment for Tuesday (the lady apologised she couldn’t fit me in on the same day). Received a text to say my engineer was en route. Kieran arrived on time & diagnosed the fault promptly which was the door lock. (Was actually expecting the problem to be much worse & already had a new washing machine in mind to order, so was extremely grateful this was a simple fix.). He replaced the part & tested the machine on various cycles to ensure it was working properly. He even checked the heating unit & told me it was fine (considering the age of my machine). As much as it pained me to pay for a call out, I can’t complain about the cost to fix the machine & have since used it for 3 washes! Excellent service - would definitely use them again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

    "Booked an appointment for a faulty tumble drier yesterday late afternoon. Received a call back at 0830 this morning followed by the engineer at 0900. All done and dusted by 0930. Unbelievable service. Cannot recommend them highly enough."

    "Phil from Spin Doctors did an impeccable job on removing and replacing my built-in integrated dishwasher and washing machine. Phil worked his way methodically dealing with every challenge which was thrown at him in a way which meant the job was completed so professionally and without fault. I'm so impressed with how the work was carried out and I'm genuinely grateful for such a good job, well done. I would recommend Phil from Spin Doctors without hesitation and anyone who gets him to work on their appliances is lucky!"
