"Steve was excellent, he replied to me very quickly after I contacted him and was really helpful in arranging a date. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and got to work sprucing up very tired carpets for my end of tenancy. He was friendly, professional and did an absolutely brilliant job- would recommend to all in the area."
