"New build completed. Amazing experience from start to finish. After being badly let down by my original builder I was introduced to Anthony from Resurgam. He agreed to take on my project and rectify ‘the errors’ made by the original cowboy. The management and staff he brought in were highly professional but at the same time approachable and straight talking. The pricing was fair and Resurgam went above and beyond to help me recoup some of the losses I had made from the original builder as well as getting everything back on track from a legal standpoint. I’m told builders hate repairing others work but Resurgam’s lads turned up every day,positive and jolly and always polite and professional. The main thing that set them apart was the honest and straight forward communication, just took away all the worry and stress that I’d been living with for well over a year"

"Resurgam Group assisted me with my land acquisition, designing, and planning permissions. As they were living and breathing the project it made the whole development of my Cheshire home run all the more smoothly. I have worked with a number of developers over the years and every once in a while you come across one of the good ones. Resurgam Group is definitely one of the good ones. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be returning."
