"I needed an urgent appointment to fix a hard to get to leak in my bathroom. James did the initial inspection and undertook the work himself within 24 hours which was much appreciated as the water was off. Was impressed with good communication, a professional quote and post job report. James was professional and left the place clean and presentable after job completion. Very satisfied with the work provided particularly at such short notice"
