"Had a blocked fowl drain which was caused by the joins in the old pipework were dropped, so nothing was flowing freely and all started to back up. The engineer recommended relining, because I didn't want my garden dug up so the relining option was the better option. Which now we have no more blockage and all repaird which I am really happy with the outcome. The 2 engineers were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend optimum drains"

"I was initially recommended this company through a friend who was extremely happy when they completed work at their house, so I gave them a try and couldn’t be happier, they arrived shortly after I called which was great and after I explained the issue they got straight to work and explained what they thought the problem was likely to be and how they would investigate, their initial suspicions were correct which gave me even more confidence in them as they knew what they were doing, they gave me options of what they can do and explained the processes to me and I took their recommendations and let them crack on, they were in and out in no time at all they fixed all the problems they even showed me the cause of the issue on their camera system that they put into the pipes and they fixed it there and then which was amazing!! I highly recommend them and although I believe I won’t need to use them again as they fixed the problem If anything else occurs I’ll be sure to give them a call first"
