"We needed to move at short notice and Jim was so helpful, and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. "Jim and his cheerful team from Mr Reliable planned a very complicated collection and delivery of a large and heavy sofabed and two large armchairs in Central London which necessitated hauling the furniture over a second floor parapet. It was planned meticulously and efficiently undertaken. They even sourced a charity shop willing to take the sofabed. The estimate was reasonable and the service excellent. I recommend them with enthusiasm and gratitude"
