"They give you a fixed price quote after multiple visits and videos, then they increase the price saying it took longer. I do not recommend - avoid at all costs."

"The issue is a lack of warranty for work they have completed. They installed a new sani flow toilet 3 months ago. Bear in mind the previous one lasted 8 years without issue until it probably just ran out of juice. This one lasted less than 3 months. I would have had no issues if they came and looked at it and told us that we did something wrong or it was a manufacturers warranty issue (they bought the sani flow). But they want to charge us for coming to check their own installation. I don't think it's right for the customer to pay."

"Original quote to remove and replace washing machine in narrow space, may require disassembly of cupboard (pictures with measurements sent). Once washer/dryer replaced, cupboard to be rebuilt/made good. Quote given "£750-950 depending on the amount of carpentry required". Engineer arrived alone, decided to remove the shower glass not cupboard (no carpentry) used tenants wife to help move the machines (during Covid). 6 hours. Next day machine is banging and a leak. 2nd visit to fix all the problems, 6 hours. Received invoice, £930+materials. 1 person, no carpentry, 2nd visit due to substandard work , technically completed in 6 hours. Contacted trader to check if this was a mistake told, no mistake, invoice within the quote, please pay. Again, all points stated above. Again, 'no' pay now and we will waive the interest fee. Total refusal to listen."

We must point that the carpentry job was perfectly done and we do have many pictures on file in relation to this work. The Invoice was delivered accordingly and within the agreed estimate for the works. We do welcome any concerns whether justified or not, and you had every opportunity to express yourself to our management team. Feel free to get in touch with the management team, so that the duty manager can investigate this matter further."
