Annette Turner - Image 1 "The work was a list of random jobs that had accumulated in my elderly parent’s house. From first contact to completion of the work, the experience was excellent: communication timely and clear; quick quote; arrived on time; offered suggestions and advice; good attention to detail and accuracy; added small enhancements like putting sealant on the back of wall mounted planters to stop water collecting behind them; good people skills. I highly recommend Liam and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again, and for more involved projects."

"We had Liam out to our property to remove a wall so we could extend our living area. We were apprehensive about mess as we have a dog and young children but Liam was fantastic. He cleaned at the end of each day and he kept me informed every day he left, letting me know what he had done and what the next steps were. I would highly recommend Liam for any project you are considering. He is an extremely reliable, clean and professional builder with extensive knowledge. Thank you Liam."

"LP Property service absolutely amazing I had a new kitchen and bathroom and also the rooms updated. The quality of work was excellent. Very good value for money. Liam was professional reliable friendly and punctual. I would certainly recommend LP Property services."

Paula - Image 1 "We have used LP property services multiple times now and they never fail to impress us. The first job they completed was our tiling in our kitchen and since then we have had our bathroom done and have them booked in for decorating this year. Liam is very professional, knowledgeable and quite frankly the cleanest builders we have ever had. I always recommend LP property services just wish we found them sooner."
