"We would highly recommend KM Property Repairs for any repair work. I placed the add and within the hour was contacted and arrangements made to visit property to inspect the problem area. He identified the problem, showed me and offered a fair price to repair the problem. He then showed me previous work and this clearly identified his experience. He returned the following day and the work was completed. His standard of work was excellent."

"Kirk fitted new flashing to chimney to repair leak and re pointed chimney and ridges. Very hard working and takes pride in his work. Kirk did the job at short notice due to the leak and always kept clean and tidy and price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to friends and would not hesitate to have more work done by him if required."
