    "He was a very genuine guy and so eager to help. I was expecting him to just put the camera down the drain but he looked at any issues around the outside of the house, checked the cellar and even the neighbour’s drain for me, to find the source of our rat problem. Way more than I’d anticipated and I felt really confident in his knowledge and service. Highly recommended"
