"Second time to use Joseph's roofing, this time to fix a leaking chimney which was repointed and lead was replaced. Great service and would not hesitate to recommend."

Sarah - Image 1 "Pat was very friendly & courteous throughout our communication; it took longer for him to start work due to weather delays, however, once started he kept us updated with progress and timescales, and the job was completed in a timely manner. He was particularly helpful in advising us of work he recommended we needed and gave us the options in a non-pressurised manner. Pat ensured the safety and tidiness of the site at the end of each day. The work appears to be done to a high standard (although I am not an expert!). I was always comfortable with him working with just me & the kids home as he was polite & friendly, and took the time to chat with my 2y old. Thanks!"

"Pat Joseph was extremely conscientious and an excellent communicator . He kept us informed about each stage of the process of building our new dormer roof. Pat was very skilled and knowledgeable. He worked in severely cold weather to complete our job . His time keeping was second to none. He was a brilliant tradesman who we would definitely recommend."
