"Craig and team were exceptional throughout the whole engagement from quoting to delivery. Took time to understand our requirements and recommend the best approach. Very knowledgeable and gave best advice where other plumbers had failed. Installation went smoothly and kept us updated the whole way. Any issues where raised and discussed giving us the best outcome. Having seen their work on Instagram I knew they took pride in their work and I wasn't disappointed with how neat and well layed out the installation was. Thanks Craig, Ben and the rest of the team for delivering an outstanding new hot water and heating system."

"I had an urgent problem with my gas boiler and I did ask for a phone consultation. Graig was most helpful to advise how to deal with the boiler problem as he wasn't available at the time. He also suggested a few other engineers to contact to sort this out. In a few minutes I managed to resolve the issue following his advice. Very few professionals would have given away so much of their time and knowledge to help a non-paying customer. He is on my service providers' list from now on. Strongly recommend !!!"

"The team were fantastic even our neighbours commented how hard they were working. We are thoroughly impressed with the end product of both our bathrooms. Craig has been a delight to work with. We’ve had a couple of minor things that need addressing but Craig has fixed things even after the work had been completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Home Counties. I look forward to working with on future projects."
