"I sent them this WhatsApp. Credit where (a lot of) credit is due: Hello. I just wanted to say that Ally was BRILLIANT. By a distance best service / help of any kind I’ve had in a v long time, maybe ever. I’d tried two others before on this problem & he was just all over it - his experience, how smart he was, whatever diagnostics he ran - he just nailed it, quickly, and solved it with little fuss, total transparency in the replacement pump costs, genuinely trying to help me decide. Just all round incredible. I’ll add a review but wanted to say simply a huge heartfelt thanks a lot for his professionalism in all ways."

"I've used GPH on a number of occasions to remediate plumbing issues arising from older renovation work, as well as having them service my boiler annually. They are punctual, thorough, efficient and don't 'dilly dally'. They clearly communicate the issue and solution to each problem and they are also helpful with advice on other ad hoc plumbing and central heating questions. As a customer I feel confident to trust them to sort the issue quickly at a fair price. Highly recommend them; so much so that when I leave London I want them to open a branch in Hampshire!"
