"Called Lee around 8:30am and after a couple of texts to discuss our problem, Lee was here within a couple of hours to fix our hot water problem. He was very polite and professional and soon replaced our emersion heater. Great work and we would not hesitate in recommending Lee."

"Lee fitted us in within a day to deal with a leaking pipe and a dripping tap, all fixed within an hour, and then returned the following day when there was an issue with water pressure which he resolved inside two minutes. Very helpful, highly recommended."

"On 25/1/2023 our combi boiler failed to fire up. So we had no heating or hot water. On 26/1/2023 , based on his reviews, we texted Lee and asked if could come, diagnose the fault & fix it. He replied rapidly & arranged to come on 27/1/2023 between 1000 & 1230 to do so. He arrived at 1120, & in less than 45 minutes he had not only identified the problem, explained that the part causing it did NOT need replacing, & had the system up & running correctly. It goes without saying that choosing any trader other than Fitts Plumbing & Heating for any future work required .would be a no brainer !!!!!. THANKS AGAIN LEE. Excellent service at an excellent price. Would have given you a 10 star rating if we could have."
