    "removed all tiles and ridges with old battens and felt and rubbish taken away replaced with new breathable felt and treated battens with new tiles and ridges and cemented in where needed also chimney stack removed and rubbish taken away at the same time removal of 9 solar panels and replaced after new roof done also old grout taken out of bricks on back and side wall and repointed back in all rubbish taken away and windows and solar panels cleaned"
