    "I found Jas on Trust a Trader and gave him a call when water was backing up into my kitchen sink and causing the washing machine to overflow when draining water. After having explained the issue on the phone he came with the necessary equipment to address the problem. His friendly and calm nature plus his obvious experience and vast knowledge of the root cause of the problem was very reassuring in a stressful situation. Once he'd identified and completed the task of removing the blockage, he tested and retested and even waited for me to run a short cycle in the washing machine to be certain everything was working before he left as I’d mentioned I was anxious about the problem reappearing once he’d gone. He also gave some invaluable advice on what to do to prevent it from happening again. Jas was thoroughly professional and personable from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend."
