"Richard and his team have been outstanding from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were able to come out and assess my roof the day after I first made contact and then completed the work within a week (including working at the weekend). Their specialist knowledge and professionalism was evident from the very first phone call. They took the time to undertake a detailed assessment and gave me a clear explanation of the issues and the options available to rectify it. This was supported by photographs. Their pricing was clear and transparent at the outset. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and the team took the time to clean up the minimal mess left on the driveway. I am confident that the work has been completed to a very high standard, but I also have the comfort of a written guarantee of the work and an assurance that any issues will be dealt with. One thing that I have appreciated so much is the excellent communication from this company."
