"Tom was very punctual. He gave an excellent quote and the work was done on time to a fantastic standard. He was extremely efficient explaining everything to us and he cleaned up after his work was complete. I will definitely use Tom again for all my plumbing jobs."

"Tom serviced and replaced coals and backs in my gas fire. After he left I looked at the fire and turned round in horror to see a 50p size black mark on my brand new sofa! I phoned him, he was very defensive implying someone else must have done it. I plumped the seats before he came and would not have missed a black mark on a pale pink couch. I was devastated,as it has not come off fully. So I would not recommend this trader."
