Materials are charged in addition to labour prices, and any time spent by the Engineer/Plumber picking up materials for the customer is chargeable.

We provide our customers with an electronically produced invoice. Labour and Materials will be clearly shown on the breakdown of the invoice as well as any additional costs or services.

Payment must be made in full at the completion of the job.
