We have helped hundreds of people fulfil their dream project. We have our own planning team with structural engineers to enable our clients to have a one stop shop for all their design and build needs.
We also have a our own design planning team and structural engineer.
We are happy to give any advice and offer free no obligation quotes.

"Asset lofts were great. This is the second time i've used them for work. We had John and Joe as a our primary builders and they were excellent. The whole team were friendly and professional throughout. They were patient with our "good ideas" and really supportive in bringing them to life. Communication was clear, particularly when our changes attracted any additional costs, and we felt fully involved in the project from design through to completion and were very happy with the finished work."

"I had an outstanding experience working with Asset Loft on my rear extension and ground floor refurbishment project. From start to finish, the professionalism and support provided by Terry and his team were exceptional. Right from our first conversation, Terry stood out as the only builder willing to give me a ballpark figure, which was invaluable in helping me plan and manage my budget. As someone new to building projects, this guidance made a world of difference. The journey progressed seamlessly, from the initial site visit and architect drawings to planning approval, structural drawings, and building control. The coordination of the building team were handled with utmost professionalism. Throughout the entire process, Terry’s team maintained proactive communication and offered timely updates.
