Founded in 2014, 2nd Chances has gone on to work closely with some of the leading property management companies in the country. We provide clearance services at competitive rates and make it our priority to ensure that we are constantly evolving with the Industry by finding innovative ways to recycle and reduce waste of all kinds.

As well as recycling and re-selling re-use, we also work closely with charity shops and re-use centres throughout London to keep costs and waste to a minimum.

    "We can not express how amazing and wonderful the team are ! They have worked a miracle in a short about of time. All members that attended the property to help with the clearance were very friendly, polite and hardworking, no task was too big. Also a big thank you to office staff for assisting us with this big clearance and working with us due to not living locally. Would recommend this team 1000%. They completely took the stress away the minute they arrived !!"
