System worked for 2 months. Boiler manufacturer said system not flushed out properly and had to renew heat exchanger. Almost unheard of after 2 months. Company arranged a proper flush out and now are charging us over \u00a3800! I would not recommend.</span>\"                    </p>\n\n<p class=\"review__reply\">\n                        <b>Trader reply</b>:\n                        \"Dear client, we are investigating this issue. When we did return it was proven that the system was flushed and cleaned when we carried out the boiler install. We are taking this up with the boiler manufacturer as their engineer was incorrect in what he said. There is also an Ideal boiler filter supplied by the manufacturer to protect the boiler which has obviously not done its job. The statement should have been run past a manager before being sent so that the issues here could be addressed with the manufacturer and we apologise that this didn\u2019t happen. We have now put the statement on hold until the discussion with the manufacturer can be had.
