Zjonas Ltd provides professional roof cleaning and jet washing in Nottingham, serving homeowners across the East Midlands with over 11 years’ experience.
We’re a local, family-run team, focused on careful, dependable roof cleaning. Our approach is designed to keep disruption to a minimum: we remove debris first, then clean your roof (including gutters) to lift dirt, moss, lichen and algae. We also treat roofs using anti-fungal treatment to kill micro roots, followed by two coats of 100% acrylic fungicidal-quality waterproof coating to help protect tiles and extend the life of your roof.
Our jet washing knowledge includes using pressure safely on different tile types. If we spot cracked, broken, missing or suspect tiles, we can arrange replacement with new matching tiles so your roof stays in great condition.

"fantastic, thorough and high level job done. We had a difficult job, with a third floor flat roof extension making this a tricker clean. Not only was the roof cleaned to an incredible standard but Zed also sorted roof tiles in need of repair and fixed several areas of leaky or faulty guttering. He was punctual, polite, hard working and honest. In comparison to other companies his prices were very reasonable, and feels like brilliant value for the quality of work done. Thank you for an outstanding job."

"We are extremely happy with ZED Roof Cleaning. From initial consultation to eventual booking and completion. Zed was absolutely professional and knowledgable in his field and was able to advise and remedy our roof, which in all honesty was a bit neglected and covered in moss. When Zed was finished it was unrecognisable! A completely different shade to what we had become used to. Thats what years of buildup had been hiding. We couldn't be happier with the service provided and the professional manner in which it was carried out. Zed arrived at 7:30am laid out massive tarpaulin sheets around the property and even was courteous enough to let our neighbours know what he was doing. At the end of the job Zed showed me around and made sure I was happy before tidying up and packing away his tools. One more thing worth mentioning Zed used to work on pylons, and is insured to carry out the job using ropes. Making him much more competitive to quotes we had from tradesmen who required scaffolding."
