"I contacted Jake a couple of weeks ago for a pre-purchase roof inspection after I had had a RI CS survey done. Jake responded back to me really quickly and he was able to carry out the inspection within a few days. The pre-purchase roof inspection report was very detailed and it outlined issues that need immediate attention and ones that may cause problems in the near future 10/10 service from Jake and his team. They’re very honest, kind and professional. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"The team came out to fix a leak around our chimney stack. They were friendly, professional, and explained everything really clearly 🙂 They took videos from the roof to show us before and after which we really appreciated! Looking forward to not running around with towels and buckets next time in rains! Had a really positive experience and would recommend to anyone!"

"Jake responded to my enquiry almost immediately and was extremely helpful over the phone before arranging to come out and fix our leak. When he arrived, he clearly showed my partner and me what the issue was and then proceeded to repair our roof efficiently and professionally. "I am very thankful to Jake and Daniel who helped me in my case. The roof was completely devastating and the landlord didn't want to fix this problem. As a single mother of two babies I had to move out immediately as our lives were in danger. I am dealing with Citizens advice as the landlord needs to take responsibility for what he has done. Highly recommended, very friendly and professional team/ service."
