We are very familiar with the expectations of insurers and what can and cannot be included within the scope your claim when the worst happens and your rental property or home is damaged,
Our water damage insurance claims validation and building repair services come with no additional costs or fees. In most cases, you will only need to pay your insurance excess. The insurance company will settle our costs. We can also still assist you if you are not currently insured.

"We recently had work done by Anglia Restoration to restore our kitchen after an extensive leak. The builders were amazing and we were appraised and kept informed of progress at every turn, given flexibility and choice of materials and we were very pleased with the outcome and the quality of the finished work. At a time that was difficult for my family both financially (when it rains, it pours) and in terms of the disruption to our home, we we're so grateful to have a team working for us that were so understanding, never pushy, and always looked for solutions to help us to make the restored kitchen work for us as a family at the lowest possible additional cost. And as an added bonus, my 2yo daughter loved them and they were excellent with her. They were beyond easy to have in the house, and we actually miss their company now the job is complete!"

"My kitchen suffered a slow and progressive leak under the washing machine into the floor below. My insurance company argued there was only damage to a kitchen unit end panel. Anglia Restoration explained to Insurers that damp had spread into the floor which left my home at risk of dry rot. Works quickly were underway and Anglia negotiated a sizeable contribution towards a new kitchen too! Work was to a high standard. The team were always punctual and polite. I’m so pleased I contacted Anglia who had their own loss assessor who could negotiate with insurers and help manage my buildings policy insurance claim. Highly recommend."

Ross - Image 1 "We use Your Claim / Anglia Restorations for assessments and remedial works covered under insurance claims. Graham and his team are very proactive and quickly assess issues and provide remedial works required and liaise with insurers/loss adjusters on our clients behalf. Once instructed on remedial works they keep us regularly updated on the works, and are always carried out to a high standard. They have carried out small works such as replacements of ceilings and decorating, to full strip outs of kitchens and bathrooms replacing with new, to more major works such as gable wall replacements. We have never had any issues with the works completed with us and our clients always satisfied with the finished product."
